We offer both models:
- Fixed cost: For well-defined scope, we estimate a total cost and deliverables.
- Hourly / Time & Materials: For evolving or flexible projects, you pay based on actual time and resources used.
A common schedule:
- Initial deposit (e.g. 20–30%) to start
- Milestone payments as features are delivered
- Final payment on completion / deployment
We’re flexible and can adjust terms based on client requirements.
Potential extras: third-party licenses, server / hosting fees, domain registration, APIs with costs, third-party integrations, ongoing maintenance, or scope changes.
Yes, we offer support packages (bug fixes, upgrades, version updates, small enhancements). You can choose from hourly support, monthly retainer, or on-demand basis.
During the initial warranty period (often 30–90 days), we fix any bugs free of cost (provided they are within the agreed scope). After that, fixes or changes are handled under support/maintenance agreements.
We follow security best practices: input validation, secure authentication, encryption in transit/at rest, use of secure libraries, penetration testing (when needed), regular code reviews, and adherence to industry standards.
Our testing approach is defined based on the project’s requirements and scope. Depending on the client’s needs, we can implement manual testing, automated testing, or a hybrid approach combining both. QA and testing are offered as a separate service and can be included in the project cost if agreed upon. The testing plan, tools, and coverage are outlined during the project proposal and finalized before development begins.
We commit to realistic timelines agreed up front. However, delays can occur due to scope changes, third-party dependencies, or late feedback. We mitigate risks through buffer periods, regular communication, and transparent tracking.

We understand change is normal. We handle changes via a controlled change request process. Based on impact, we’ll estimate the cost/time and ask your approval before proceeding.
Cancellation terms will be defined in the contract. Normally, you pay for work already delivered. We’ll hand over all work completed to date (source code, design assets, etc.) under the contract terms.
